JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: HR Specialist，Learning & Development
Reports to: Manager HR, Learning & Development/Talent Management/Project, JV Integration Program
Subordinate: 0
Working location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Support relevant workshop design, training material design.
- Work with HR Project Manager for Learning and HPT implementation project initialization and program design.
- Be key contact person for global TM projects and be responsible for its timely roll-out in China.
- Individual training needs analysis and follow up.
- Prepares and provides input for China dashboards and reporting.
- Team contracts / documents / files management, keep training compliance.
- Other office & JV learning related support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Industrial Psychology (or related discipline), or equivalent through experience.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a global and matrixed environment.
- Solid knowledge, design skills and demonstrated experience in best-in-class approaches, tools and processes in Talent Management/Learning & Development.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Track record of successfully working with JVs will be a plus.
- Strong organizational agility and intercultural awareness
- Self-starter and strongly results driven
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Excellent in written and spoken English, other key Adient languages are a plus.
- Excellent in office software, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
