REPORTS TO: Manager of Project Scheduler

SUMMARY:
Develop project Schedule baseline, Monitor actual and forecast project progress, Identify schedule variance and keep management aware of any possible schedule risks at an earliest possible stage.

Essential Job Functions:
? Set up baseline scheduling
? Monitor actual project progress and critical path activities and update master schedule on an ‘as-needed’ basis
? Ensure invoicing and payment performed as scheduled, with proper documentation
? Prepare regular report and information as well as ad-hoc ones to users
? Analyze engineering and procurement schedules, analyze the impact of both internal and external change and advise of impact to project manager
? Ensure each project has a developed and maintained project schedule
? Assist with cost control and monthly report
? Assist in proposal and new business scheduling development
? Be capable of liaising with all disciplines in a matrix project engineering team, capable in communicating at all levels
? Capable of analyzing logical links between individual engineering activities and procurement activities in a multiple discipline project.
? Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time.


Education and Experience Requirements:
? University Degree, preferably in Engineering / Project Management
? At least 2 year working experience in Cost Control / Scheduling / Project Management. Familiarity in project scheduling field is a plus.
? 2+ years experience in international companies is preferred
