职位描述：
岗位职责：
？全面负责董事长办公室的各项工作，协助董事长对内部运营等管理工作进行综合性的协调；
？参与集团发展规划、业务经营计划的编制以及集团重大决策的讨论；
？在董事长的领导下负责各项工作的布置、实施、检查、督促以及落实执行情况；
？协助董事长拓展与维护外部的公共关系，树立集团品牌形象；
？跟随董事长进行全球市场的考察、巡视；
？负责董事长委任的重要专项工作，执行相关项目操作，完成相关事宜。

任职资格：
？欧美正规大学本科或以上学历，工科、法律、国际贸易、工商管理等相关专业毕业优先；
？5年以上大型外企或全球知名咨询公司工作经验，具有海外工作经验优先；
？了解欧美国家市场的基本情况；
？精通中英文，掌握其他语言更佳；
？有较强的组织、协调、领导能力及出色的沟通能力，能将信息准确、清晰地传达和交流；
？具有敏锐的洞察力、计划和执行能力；
？具备良好的日常事务与紧急事务的处理能力；
？敢于创新突破，勇于接受挑战，有上进心；
