职位描述：
一、岗位职责：
1.协助主管进行岗位分析，并制订、完善各部门岗位职责说明书；
2、对人事部收到和发出的文件和资料进行中、英文翻译；
3.协助招聘工作的开展，主要协助应聘人员简历筛选、预约、接待及初试；
4.协助员工培训计划编制及具体实施工作，包括新员工入职培训及所有员工的在职培训；
5.协助调查分析员工薪酬、福利情况，分析各岗位薪酬的合理性，适时提出改善措施和办法；
6.协助策划员工活动及具体组织实施工作；
7.协助主管按照规定的程序和要求做好员工入职、离职、升职、加薪、奖励、处分、调配、辞退等工作；
8. 协助员工档案的收集、整理、归档、提供使用等工作，保证档案安全、准确和保密，及时更新《员工花名册》；
9. 负责员工社会保险、住房公积金和其他公司福利的办理；
10. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

二、任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，工商管理、人力资源管理、企业管理等相关专业优先；
2.1--3年人事工作经验，大型合资/外资企业工作经验优先；
3.英语CET-6级，能较熟练的使用英语进行沟通和编写人事资料；
4.踏实沉稳，抗压能力强，具备较强的沟通协调能力和应变能力，责任心强，有良好的独立工作能力、敬业精神和团队协作意识，具备较强的沟通及协调能力；
5、能接受出差或短期外派。 举报 分享
