全国销售运作助理经理
National Sales Excellence Assistant Manager
主要工作职责:
1. 管理销售运营流程:了解公司销售运营流程,进行销售需求/预测;优化流程并沟通。
2. 项目管理: 支持当地销售项目,从项目策划,执行到后续评估。
3. 销售团队能力发展:优化销售团队架构以提升销售团队能力;开展团队激励项目并做好结果评估;负责销售培训项目。
4. 经销商管理:收集,评估经销商并做好经销商分类;持续培养以客户为主导的领导方式。
5. 其他: 接受并执行公司卓越销售团队理念的持续发展。
职位要求:
- 本科及以上学历,中英文表达能力好
- 五年以上相关销售数据运营经验,快速消费品行业工作经验者佳
- 有良好的沟通及影响他人的能力
- 销售数据分析能力强,有良好的业务敏锐度
- 良好的项目管理经验
- 熟悉进口贸易业务者佳
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead S&OP Process
? Understand Company’s S&OP process, and lead monthly/bi-weekly update of sales demand/forecasting
? Prepare and co-lead monthly S&OP meeting with leadership team
? Propose optimized sales processes to support productivity improvement, manager to draft sales policy and well communicate with sales team
2. Project Management
? Support on some local sales projects, from proposal to execution and evaluation;
3. Sales Team Productivity Enhancement
? Review and optimize sales team structure, reflecting productivity improvement in the optimization;
? Initiate sales team motivation programs and evaluate the result accordingly;
? Conduct necessary sales training programs;
? Consolidate FTE & DSR management to ensure fair treatment and reasonable differentiation;
4. Distributor management
? Create distributor scorecard, collect and evaluate via distributor classification;
? Work with cross functional team to set customer service KPI and regularly track and improve it;
? Liaise with team and customers on continuous “customer oriented leadership” improvement
5. Others
? Need accept and conduct any other new ideation to continuously improve sales force excellence in the Company
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree is a must, local languages + English presentation
- 5Y+ solid related experience, preferably in a FMCG company
- Communication and influencing skills
- Good analysis skill and business acumen
- Sound and trackable project management skill
- Familiar with import trade business is a plus
