任职资格:

1、具备酒店管理或开发经验，有酒店项目开发成功案例。
2、对旅游行业和酒店行业有深入了解，具备良好的人脉资源和项目资源，能够独立通过各种渠道拓展创投业务、开发项目源；
3、具有良好的预测和决策水平及市场分析能力，对投资项目有较强的洞察力和判断力；
4、具备较好谈判沟通和组织协调能力，较强的分析以及解决问题能力，具有优秀的资源整合能力；
5、性格开朗外向、思维敏捷、工作细心严谨、积极主动、责任心强。
