1.Provide receptionist services提供前台服务
1)Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, take and pass on messages以职业的方式接听并转接来电，登记并传达留言
2)Host visitors in a professional manner, and manage the Visitor Registration Form 以职业的礼仪接待来访者，并做好访客登记，发放访客卡
3)Distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely way, including letters, express delivery, newspapers, faxes, letters, etc., and keep the proper records及时发送来件和去件，包括快递、信件、报纸、传真等，并作好记录
2.Office Support: 办公区工作
1)Filing Management存档管理
2)Keep the back-up keys of all the office room and cabinet, and keep the proper records accordingly.保管各个办公室和储藏柜的备份钥匙，并做好钥匙分配记录。
3)Handle conference room booking and arrangement, and the preparation works before the meeting. 负责会议室的预定和安排，以及会前投影仪、电视机、网络准备
4)Company bulletin management and update宣传栏内容更新与管理
5)Supervise the cleaning and security of reception Office负责维护前台与整个办公室环境的安全和整洁, 每日更新保洁巡检表
6)Renew the phone book of office. 更新电话簿。
3.Low-value consumption goods supply management 低值易耗品供应管理:
1)Manage and deliver the low-consumption, ensure safety stock of Low-value consumption goods, andmaintain the list 管理和发放低值易耗品，确保低值易耗品库存的安全，并维护安全库存
2)Regularly updates to the safety stock list定期更新低值易耗品库存表
3)Responsible for the drinking water reservation, make sure the sufficient supply for the Office. 订购桶装水，保证办公室内茶水供应
4.Manage administration cars and ensure the business cars.管理行政车辆，保证公司日常业务以及车辆的合理使用
5.Organizing receptions or customers’ visits, Transact related documents.组织、安排对外的参观、接待工作；负责员工相关证件办理协助

The LJUNGSTROM Division serves with its products the thermal power plant market with two key applications: Air preheaters and gas-gas heaters, based on a similar technology platform of rotary regenerative heat exchangers. RAYMOND BARTLETT SNOW Division maintains a database of the original specification of all equipment sold, by serial number and model resulting in accurate records for every piece of equipment including custom designed variations for specific applications.
RAYMOND BARTLETT SNOW Division’s capabilities include the Raymond Bartlett Snow Research & Process Development Center. This modern 25,000 square foot (2,300m2) facility is used exclusively to test and demonstrate the capabilities of Raymond and Bartlett-Snow equipment under simulated production conditions. It houses a wide range of full-scale equipment for pulverizing, classifying or thermally processing virtually any mineral, chemical, metal or other material in large material lots which reduces the uncertainty of scale-up between bench and full scale equipment.
