职位描述：
Job description：
1.Responsible for the design of analog circuit and simulation, write design document.
2.Work with design team for new product development.
3.CMOS analog mixed signal design, which includes specification definition,modeling,schematic design, pre-layout simulation, post layout simulation.

Job Requirements:
1.A MSEE with a minimum of 1 years experience or a BSEE with a minimum of 3 years experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
2.Proven experience in analog integrated circuit design, simulation, layout and test.
3.Understanding semiconductor process/devices,layout tools, familiar with CAD tools, such as schematic capture, SPICE simulator , Virtuoso and so on.
4.Good work attitude and learning capability.
5.Memory (especial Flash memory) knowledge is preferred. 举报 分享
