职位描述：
1、Responsible for escalated customer application and networking calls on all Werfen products
2、Available for travel to customer locations to troubleshoot issues related to Werfen products
3、Available for travel to customer locations to provide consultative services for end-users relative to functionality of Modulab, GEMweb Plus, Quanta Link, necessary IT requirements for adequate system performance, as well as what the implementation process requires
4、Provides a resource and review source for Modulab, GEMweb Plus, Quanta Link application and implementation for Sales Team and all end-user groups prior to order submission and order is placed
5、Provide a configuration review source for the sales force to review Modulab, GEMweb Plus, Quanta Link application/configuration issues prior to order submission
6、Candidate must be able to assume lead role technical role in go live migrations/installations/upgrades as it related to the Modulab, GEMweb Plus, Quanta Link, and their functionalities
7、Acts as a first level of support for issues/projects involving Modulab, GEMweb Plus, Quanta Link
8、Troubleshooting issues, making configuration changes related to customer’s intended or requested workflow, and reviewing application logs before escalating issue onto 3rd level support are among the main responsibilities of the position
9、May be asked to work with both customers and application developers to troubleshoot issues or behaviors that require configuration changes as it relates to the ACM application and its intended deployment in the customer’s infrastructure
10、Complies with all ISO 9000 mandated policies, procedures, instructions and records
11、Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Connectivity and Software Support Manager

1、Degree in Information Technology equivalent to and or Health Care discipline, with a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience, or equivalent. Familiarity working in a health care setting.
