Mobile Customer Service Engineer 客户服务/售前/售后支持

主要职责/Main Responsibilities
Customer supporting Engineer (FAE and customer service) Mobile Customer project
Working as contact window between HQ, Factory and customer.
1. Gathering customer request and VOC for new project and feed back to HQ
2. On-site FA support and samples verification with customer, and give a initial Failure report to HQ in qualification stage( HV,DV,EV,PV) and MP stage.
3. Cooperation with customer development engineer to solve issue in development phase. HQ will support if needed.
4. Customer production input and quality status management.
5. Quality Issue handling and containment action support to customer and HQ
6. Keeping good relationship with customer.
任职资格/Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Electronics or related major
Experience in LCM or Mobile entertainment system, navigation system is prefer
Effective communication skill both written and verbal
Good experience in customer supporting.
LCM manufacture background is prefer
Good cooperation and coordination ability especially under pressure.
Auto Tier1 development support and quality support prefer
