职位描述：
Your key areas of responsibility

1. Simulation, design and measurement of reference power amplifiers and RF power demo circuits
2. Design-in of Ampleon’s RF Power products at the customer taking the customer requirements and constraints into account
3. Review customer designs and propose and drive better performing alternative solutions taking Ampleon’s broad roadmap and product portfolio into account
4. Propose and specify innovative new products to marketing and the design team to meet the customer requirements and to maintain our competitiveness
5. Actively builds and maintains a network of technical contacts at the customer to understand their current and future requirements and to share Ampleon’s knowledge

YOUR PROFILE

1. At least 5 years RF design experience
2. Power amplifier design, PCB layouting, prototyping, troubleshooting
3. RF simulation tools like ADS/MWO and 3D EM simulation
4. RF equipment and measurement techniques
5. Impedance matching for (broadband) power amplifiers
6. Good and analytical problem solving skills
7. Professional communication and interaction with customers taking Ampleon’s interests into account
8. Have a driven and pro-active attitude, hands-on customer support mentality, team player
9. Willing to travel
10. Minimum master degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in RF & Microwave design
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (CET6) and Mandarin with good communication in all levels and organizational skills 举报 分享
