职位描述：
We are seeking English teachers with the following characteristics:

1. Professional Native English teacher;
2. Bachleor degree (English, education and linguistics majors are prefered);
3. At least one year teaching experience for students from 6 to 18 years old;
4. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA qualification is a must;
5. Being able to deliver well planned and effective lesson to students from different proficiency levels;
6. Strong organization and communication skills, initiative, attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

Typical tasks that may be carried out include:
1 classroom management;
2 planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes ;
3 marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral work;
4 devising, writing and producing new materials, including audio and visual resources;
5 attending and contributing to training sessions;
6 participating in marketing events for the school;
7 preparing information for inspection visits and other quality assurance exercises.
