岗位职责：
1、负责百度搜索推广管理与执行,管理竞价帐户及竞价广告后台。
2、负责公司产品在搜索引擎上的推广和维护 。
3、负责竞价广告管理与分析,广告帐户的日常监控。控制百度账户消费金额,通过合理使用账户内资金达到预期广告效果。
4、统计每日的消费,流量。负责关键字的分析、优选和投放、创意、标题以及撰写工作。
5、实时关注广告效果报告,根据相应的搜索引擎,同行竞价排名实时调价，总结排名规律及有效评估。进行数据分析,评估关键词质量,提出关键词优化方案
6、根据运营要求,灵活控制推广力度和资金投入,提高投资回报率。
任职要求：
1、理解搜索引擎营销,网络推广,精通SEM优化技巧,掌握搜索引擎的关键词广告模式,精准定义产品投放关键词,熟悉百度竞价排名规则, 筛选并能分析评估关键词质量。
2、熟悉工业品制造行业,一年以上推广经验和百度竞价排名后台调价经验；
3、熟悉百度竞价后台,能独立完成百度帐户的管理与维护,及其帐户的优化
4、优秀的文字撰写及思维创意；
5、责任心强，爱岗敬业，踏实勤奋。
6、同时拥有淘宝推广经验的优先考虑。
