任职资格：
1、专科及以上学历，专业不限
2、工作经验1年以上，年龄25岁以上
3、熟悉劳动法和职业健康与安全法规；熟悉工厂运作和品质控制流程；熟悉各大采购商的行为准则及国际性行业组织的行为准则，了解或精通体系 ISO9000 、ISO14000、OHSAS18001、TS16949、BS7799/ISO27001等等的审核要求
4、从业经验：有验厂咨询师的经验者优先，可接受工厂内部验厂专员及验厂审核员
5、基本能力：熟练使用办公自动化软件，英语要求一般
6、必须能适应出差，范围通常在江苏、浙江及上海等华东地区

职位描述：
1. 专业要求：能为客户提供人权、质量或反恐验厂咨询服务；协助工厂改善现场、建立审核所需的系统文件,完成员工培训，并陪同第三方公司或客户本部审核
2. 咨询技巧：能独立推进咨询工作，善于处理服务过程中出现的各种潜在问题，能处理及应对审核过程中出现的突发情况


薪资构成:底薪+提成+奖金等
晋升空间:咨询师助理→咨询师→高级咨询师→项目经理→企业理事
