招聘对象：
1.工厂内部的人权验厂专员或拥有第二方人权验厂审核员
2.来自咨询公司的验厂咨询师

工作职责：
1.为客户提供人权验厂咨询辅导，例如BSCI、SEDEX、WCA及COC人权验厂（ES，disney人权等）
2.独立完成现场诊断，为客户提供现场改善、文件系统建立及员工培训等整体咨询方案；要求独立推进咨询工作

工作要求：
1. 按照客户的要求，独立协助工厂通过社会责任审核
2. 服从公司的统一安排，遵守咨询师行动要求
3. 能适应出差，范围在江浙沪一带。

其他条件：
1、年龄25岁以上，男女不限
2、专长领域：熟悉验厂或体系审核流程；了解工厂管理及生产流程
3、从业经验：至少拥有一年以上独立操作人权验厂的经验
4、基本能力：熟练使用办公自动化软件word/excel，能在线下处理英文邮件或英文表单
5、行业操守：守诚信，讲原则，维护企业形象和利益

薪资构成:年薪7-10万 （无责任底薪2500-4000+提成10-20%+奖金）
晋升空间:咨询师助理→咨询师→高级咨询师→项目经理→企业理事
