JOB RESPONSIBILITY岗位职责：

Assist the supervisors, assistant supervisors and assistant manager to manage and upkeep the club and your section equipment and operating supplies

协助主管，主管助理和经理助理，搞好健身中心的管理，以及本部门的设备管理以及产品补给的的管理。

Assist and attend to all walk-in members, visitors, guests and telephone calls or enquiries.

协助和关注所有员工，在遇到客人，来访者或者电话的询问时能得到及时的答复。

Assist and help any members or guests that requires any assistant in the gym or aerobic studio.

协助和帮助任何会员或者客人在健身中心或者有氧中心需要帮助的请求。

Be proactive by keeping the gym and aerobic studio clean and tidy on a daily basis.

务必保持日常健身中心和有氧中心的清洁卫生。

Provide members with information and resources regarding nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.

提供员工关于营养，体重标准，和生活方式相关问题的信息。

Evaluate individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and develop suitable training programs to meet any special requirements.

对个体的能力，需求，和身体条件做出评估，指定合适的培训计划区满足任何特殊的要求

Instruct members in maintaining exertion levels in order to maximize benefits from exercise routines.

指导员工尽力发挥自己的体能， 以便从锻炼中获得最大的利益。

Teach proper breathing techniques used during physical exertion.

教会学员使用正确的呼吸方式在体能训练期间。

Advise clients about proper clothing and shoes

建议客人穿着合适的衣服和鞋子。

Report all members or guest who break the rules and regulations of the club to the gym supervisor or spa manager.

如果有任何员工或者客人违反规则，请立即报告给健身中心主管或者水疗中心主管。

Job Requirements 岗位要求：

Related working experience in international hotel industry.

相关酒店工作经验。

Fluent written and spoken English.

英文书写及口语流利。

Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.

能在强压下胜任工作。
