职位描述
1/ Interface for customers;
2/ ？ Project planning
？ Adopt proper methods for project management;
3/ ？ Project controling
？ Prepare for meetings, reviews and project milestones;
4/ ？ Perform Risk management;
5/ ？ Project coordination
？ Achieve the agreed project objectives;
6/ ？ Selection and indentifying the product and process special characteristic based on customer requirement, which including product legal regulations, applicable functions and assemble requirement etc
？ Establish the product quality objectives based on customer requirement, including ppm, process capability etc.
？ Ensure the availability of qualified human resource, and related training plan
？ Handling the customer complaints timely, take necessary corrective and preventive measures to avoid the reoccurrences.
？ Ensure the product and process design meet customer requirements;
1. Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, or equivalent
2. 7-8 years of working experiences, 4 years within project management
3. Good Communication Skills and international experience
4. Skills of Project Management (Advanced Level / Project Management Professional)
5. English (PETS-5) - mandatory; other languages is a plus
