- Ensure introduction of new tire constructions / coumpound on time with consideration of the local manufacturing process capabilities
-- Ensure the creation and distribution of all related specifications in the assigned systems
-- Ensure product optimization during its life time in relation to its quality level
-- Ensure the implementation of measures to standardize and consolidate all production components to an adaequate level
-- Ensure the implementation of value leadership measures
-- Be responsible to make off spec decisions
-- Ensure the production, analysis and delivery of prototype tires as well as the related reporting according to specification and time
-- Ensure the creation and distribution of all related specifications in the assigned systems
-- Participate in the conception of new products, processes and systems from in coming material up to shipping of finished products in coorperation with local and central interfaces
-- Participate in local and/ or international teams to optimize product, process or machine performances
-- Participate in design and process FMEA and the definition of control plans for new concepts
-- Consult and present subjects of personal expertise or expertise gained in the group
-- Support the realization of qualtiy goals according to TS 16949 and our Qualtiy policy
-- Support environmental goals according to ISO 14001 and our ESH policy inside the area of reponsibility
-- Support steady communication between central Research & Development functions and local organization
-- Review the product design with the responsible designer in R&D to ensure conformity with the capabilities of the plant
-- Review the plant capabilities with the local engineering and production department to enable introduction of new products

-- University degree/ bachelor in mechanical engineering or similar
-- 2 years of experience in rubber or automotive business
-- 2 years of experience in product design, process development, quality management or engineering
