- Manage and coordinate the Scrap Attack Team and the Scrap Attack Team Leaders (BT Leaders)
- Implement System & Structure (incl. Organization) to attack scrap with appropriate resources
- Target setting
- Follow up on effectiveness of the defined actions
- Meeting Orga
- Team Coordination
- Ensure training of team members
- Initiate the investment wishlist via Quality Manager
- Ensure structured problem solving approach, Pareto, SPC, 8D Report
- reporting in the plant via regular meetings
- Contact person for scrap topic and report between plants and between Central
- college degree with major in machinary/Electricity or Chemistry/polymer
- 5 years manufacturing experiences, especially rubber production process
- 2 years working experience for improvement of tire production
- Small team leader for mini 1 year, can coach and motivate staff to well achieve the targets
- Well adapted to international working team
