工作地点：步行街、蜀山区华润五彩城
Duties and Responsibility 工作责任
1.协助保安部和店铺安排好每月的工作排班表。按时完成防损队长及店经理下达的各项指令；
Assist Security Department and Store to prepare monthly task assignment of all securities. Finish the work of security officer or store manager on schedule.
2.保证店铺货品流失率降到最低，管理并指导店铺防损员的日常工作，确保店铺日常安全营运；
Promise to make the rate of flowing as low as we can; manage anddirect guards’s daily work.
3.领导属下防损员做好防盗，及全员防损布置工作。 加强店铺全员防损控制，使得店铺损耗率符合当年度损耗目标.
Lead the Loss Prevention Agent to do Security Job and against stealer in store. KPI – shrinkage
Personal Qualities 个性品质
1.高中以上学历。
Graduate from senior school or above.
2.2年以上相关工作经验。
At least 2 years Sscurity Offficer experience.
3.具良好的判断能力及处理突发事件的能力。良好的语言表达和沟通能力。
Good judgement and the ability of dealing with the incident matters.
Good communication skills.
4.吃苦耐劳，有奉献精神。具有良好的团队合作精神。
Work hard and dedicated. Good team work.
5.电脑操作熟练。
Good PC skills
6.有较强的人员管理、防盗及顾客服务意识。大卖场保安或退伍军人优先。
Hypermarket security background & retired from army are preferred.Strong sense of person management, security and customer.service.
