Having detailed knowledge of all Operations outlet operating hours, facilities, services & promotions.

Instigate & follow through with administrative projects, tasks & procedures for the DO & assisting when necessary to the Operations Team.
辅助营运总监完成行政项目,任务及程序。 必要时辅助其他营运部门工作。
Assisting to implement and follow though with improvements those are identified.

Take an active role in training of Operation team members in consultation with departments.积极协助并组织团队成员的培训。
Ensure that any guest correspondence is relied within 48 hours of receiving to DO Sectary or DO office.

To plan, priorities & organize.
计划,确定优先次序,组织及控制每日餐厅的运营。
Be responsible for efficient Facsimile, photocopying, typewriting, translating, filing & other office duties for the DO office.
辅助营运总监传真文件,复印文件,打印机翻译等其他办公室日常任务。
Ensure a systematic filing system is in place for hard and soft copy files for easy and efficient retrieval.
分配、指派、组织授权日常的经营工作确保任务按时完成。
Be responsible for keying in the Departmental Duty Roster in HR System.
负责录入本部门排班。
Be responsible to submit the Overtime Summary to HR by the end of each month.
Position Summary职位概述
This position is concerned with the coordination of administrative tasks & projects within the Operation team, offering admin support to the Operations team while completing projects for the DO & team while in line with prescribed Hilton International policies and procedures.
