Responsibility
1.Manage the project team to realize the project objectives defined in the project agreement.
Ensure that proper methods are used in defining corrective actions
and responsible for from phase 2 to phase 5
2.Manage the project team for selection of outsourcing and development partners, components and suppliers
Plan and conduct project meeting, review meeting and milestone meetings
3.Establish appropriate project reporting structure and information flow
Plan, coordinate, track, report and implement the entire project
Achieve the agreed project objectives
4. Ensure consideration and tracking of supplier related (outsourced) activities in the overall project plan
Perform risk management
Provide access to knowledge gained in the project
5.Protect confidentiality of his or her project data
Manage customer interface
Manage integration of new technologies into the project
6.Evaluate performance of core team members in accordance with line management
Establish the appropriate project organization
Select project core team members in conjunction with the line management
1. Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering, or equivalent
2. 7-8 years of working experiences, 4 years within project management
3. 4 years of working experiences in project management
4. Experiences in leading a team
5. International experiences
