岗位职责：

1、根据市场情况和公司的年度战略规划，制定总体销售战略、销售计划，销售目标落实到人；
2、制定年度销售费用预算，且分解到月；
3、建立市场信息管控体系：监控行业、对手、客户、自己信息，进行分析预测，提供市场信息周报表和月报表；
4、建立销售管理管控体系；

5、建立销售培训管控体系；
6、建立销售执行体系；

7、建立销售人员考核、评定体系；

8、主持大客户的业务谈判及成交；

9、全面负责营销部的日常管理工作。

岗位要求：

1、机械设计、化工机械、化学工程与工艺（装备）、食品科学与工程、精细化工、生物制药、生物工程或发酵工程等专业；

2、精通销售业务流程，语言表达能力强，擅于与人沟通，有丰富的销售技能、较强的市场拓展能力；

3、优秀的团队建设经验，团队管理能力强，善于协调营销团队的工作；
4、具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力。
