Main Accountabilities

1. Transfer the product from ABB to CNYSW, coordinate the other department for local production.

2. Audit the feasibility of non-standard proposal.

3. Design the non-standard propos’ structure according the customers’ requirements，provide the technical deliveries on time, including drawings, BOM in SAP system and so on, coordinate the electrical engineer to compile the production description.

4. Adapt the product according the company’s marketing characteristic, update the frequently non-standard proposal to the company’s standard proposal,

5. Update the product’s technical proposals, keep the product’s technical same as ABB.

6. Provide the technical support for production department.

1. 产品进行技术引进，并协调其他部门完成产品的工厂化生产。

2. 对于产品非标方案进行可行性评估。

3. 针对客户需求，进行非标结构设计，按时完成技术交付物，包括图纸、SAP系统的BOM表等，协调电气工程师完成施工说明。

4. 根据公司市场特点进行产品改造，将常用的非标设计进行升级改造成公司标准配置。

5. 更新产品的技术方案，保持产品与ABB同步。

6. 对生产部门进行技术指导。

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanism or related field; more than 2 years design experience in MV complete sets equipment.

2. Familiar with the related standards and technical norms for MV complete sets equipment.

3. Be proficient in the MV complete sets structure and sheet metal structure.

4. Be proficient in Solidworks, have experience in SAP is a plus.

5. Strong communication and coordination skills.

6. Basic written and oral English.

7. A Strong team player with an active attitude.

1. 大学本科或以上学历,机械或相关专业；两年以上中压成套设备设计工作经。

2. 熟悉中压成套的相关标准，熟悉中压成套的技术规范。

3. 精通中压成套结构，精通钣金结构设计。

4. 熟练使使用Solidworks，掌握SAP更佳。

5. 较好的沟通和协调能力。

6. 基本的英语读写能力。

7. 强烈的团队意识和积极的工作态度。
