Manage and coordinate EHS activities within the company in order to meet requirement of EHS related policy and regulation.

- 负责公司日常安全检查，跟踪安全隐患的整改情况； Responsible for company daily safety inspection, follow up the execution of proposed corrective actions;

- 负责消防设施的检查；

Responsible for checking fire fighting facilities and making proper proposal for improvement

- 负责特种作业人员培训安排；

Responsible for arranging training for operators who need special permit;

- 负责新员工三级教育、承包商培训；

Responsible for the safety training for new staff safety and external contractor;

- 负责定期检查员工个人防护用品的佩戴情况、评估员工个人防护用品的配备是否合理；

Responsible for checking the execution of operator’s using PPE and evaluating whether the PPE for operator is appropriate;

- 负责个人防护用品的库房盘点、防护用品采购申请、发放；

Responsible for PPE application based on month end stock and distributing PPE per requirement;

- 根据公司和法规要求，检查公司化学品管理情况（更新化学品清单、MSDS数据、供应商资质、储存和使用）；

According to company and government requirement, to check the chemical management (updated chemical list, MSDS, Qualification of Supplier, storage and use);

- 负责准备政府部门所需资料；

Responsible for preparing government report (statistic related);

- 负责EHS相关检测的联系及现场监测的支持；

Responsible for contacting and supporting EHS related external monitoring;

- 负责EHS文件的文档管理；

Responsible for EHS documentation archiving;

- 参与公司危险源和环境因素的识别；

Take part in the action of the hazardous sources and environmental factors of company identification;

- 参与事故调查, 分析原因，跟踪整改行动的完成情况；

Involved in the accident investigation, root cause analysis and follow up the complications of corrective

actions;

- 负责废弃物的分类管理，车间废弃物按类储存，各种废弃物得到相应处理；

Responsible for waste classification management, making sure waste stored by different classification and can be treated well legally;

- 负责EHS宣传栏更新；

Responsible for updating of EHS Information Board;

- 根据工作要求主管安排的其它工作；

Any other duties assigned by direct supervisor;

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree, major in Safety Engineering is preferred

- National Certified Safety Engineer is preferred

- 3+ years working experience in manufacturing industry in area of EHS , machining manufacturing industry

is a must

- Proven ability of Good communication skills

- English fluent both in written, listening an oral

- Analytical skills and determination, self assertion
