职位描述
Job responsibilities：
1.Design and implement integrated talent management solutions such as talent, individual development planning, and succession planning
2.Build and strengthen infrastructure to support and sustain employees’ career movements in the organization including manager’s career counselling capabilities, related policy etc.
3.Embedding a high performance culture in the firm across all levels, advising the firm on the best performance management practices, manage the annual performance appraisal process
4.Creation, implementation, and ownership of employee engagement and retention initiatives such as Employee Engagement survey
Job requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Psychology, or Learning and Development. Master degree of any above disciplines is highly desirable;
2.5 years above solid relevant experience with MNCs as a Talent Management and Development, Performance Management and Organization Development professional；Proven experience working with senior management in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment is essential;
3.Strong technical skills in talent assessment and development using tools such as psychometric tests, assessment center, 360-degree feedback questionnaires, etc.；Successful track record of program implementation;
4.Able to work independently and collaboratively；Strong business acumen as a business partner；Excellent written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills；Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
