岗位职责：

1.Manage STO parts to support the global business needs for both aftermarket and production demands. The primary focus is to meet service levels*, minimize production shortages globally while minimizing parts inventory investment. 管理STO零配件采购的材料，支持业务需求以满足售后市场和生产要求。在零配件存货投入最小化的情况下，重点关注服务水平，尽量降低全球生产短缺。

2.Manage 3rd part supplier including daily purchase order release, follow up purchase order on time delivery from supplier and related invoices issue with AP finance. 管理第三方供应商，包含日常释放订单至供应商，跟踪供应商的准时交货已经和应付财务处理发票事宜。

3.Set up new parts for the aftermarket. 为售后市场创建新的零配件。

4.Manage aftermarket parts shortages and customer backorders, expedite deliveries. 对售后市场零配件的短缺情况，客户延期交货，提前发货的情况进行管理。

5.Create production orders for purchased VC machines for reconfiguring and shipping. 给配置可变的采购机器做生产订单，按客户要求重新配置并安排发货。

6.Communicate delays in the delivery of aftermarket parts or options for purchased VC machines to customer service. 对售后市场零配件的短缺情况，客户延期交货，提前发货的情况进行管理。

7.STO shipping follow up with Louisville DC. 与Louisville DC联系跟进STO 发货。

8.Shortage reporting and issue coordination with production line. 做缺料报告，如有产线缺料，协调解决相关事宜。

9.Support the analysis of excess inventory of aftermarket parts. 协助进行售后市场零配件的富余存货分析。

10.Maintain and analyze the related KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator*) and make improvements. 维护并分析关联KPI（关键绩效指标）并对其进行改善。

11.Other duties as assigned by materials manager. 其他物料经理分配的任务。

任职资格：

1.Bachelor degree; 本科学历

2.Good English in written, good oral English preferred; 良好的书面英语能力，口头英语良好优先

3.Minimum 3 years working experience in material management; 3年以上物料管理经验

4.Experience on SAP operations in MM module; 有SAP物料管理模块经验

5.Good interpersonal skills; 良好的人际沟通能力

6.Team player; 良好的团队合作精神

7.Good communication skills; 良好的沟通能力
