岗位职责:

1.Maintaining security, safety and 5S in the warehouse. 负责仓库的防护、安全和5S运作。

2.Responsible for warehouse management (including incoming and outgoing shipments, STO shipping management according to plan, stocking of machines and materials, machine and service parts packing and shipping, excessive bin location management, facility, monitor supplier for equipment & tools maintenance, material scraping process, replenishment to the production line, picking, etc). 负责仓库的管理工作（包括进库出库，根据计划安排STO运输，机器和材料的存放，机器和服务件的包装和运输，呆滞料库位管理，设施管理，监管设备和工具的供应商，物料报废流程，对于产线的补给、拣配等等）。

3.Service parts, finish goods and production material cycle counting, reporting. 负责服务件,成品和生产物料的盘点、汇报。

4.Continuously look for ways to optimize the warehouse team and processes. 持续优化仓库管理和流程。

5.SAP WM maintenance and improvement. 负责SAP系统里仓储数据的维护和持续改进。

6.SAP task processing. 处理SAP系统里的任务。

7.Ensure delivery quantity accuracy. 保证发货数量准确。

8.Improve inventory accuracy on yearly basis (% improvement required established on a yearly basis).提高年库存准确率（准确率的提高必须以年为目标）。

9.Participate or lead projects like warehouse re-layout project. 参与和领导相关项目，例如仓库的重新布局。

10.Organization and lead of the warehouse team to meet quality and productivity goals. 带领仓库团队完成产量和质量的目标。

11.AEO project supporting and ISO project supporting. 支持AEO和ISO项目。

12.Other duties as assigned by superiors. 完成上司分配的其他任务。

任职资格:

1.Bachelor’s degree holder in supply chain management, production operations management, materials management, or engineering; 本科学历，供应链管理，生产操作管理，材料管理或工程专业。

2.Minimum 3years working experience in material planning function or warehouse management; 至少3年材料计划或仓库管理方面工作经验。

3.Industrial manufacturing experience is preferred; 工业制造行业经验优先。

4.Experience with SAP operations including WM; 具备一定的SAP操作经验包括仓储模块。

5.Excellent English is preferred; 英语水平优秀的优先考虑。

6.Extravert, good interpersonal skills; 性格外向，良好的人际关系处理能力。

7.Good project management skills and time management skills良好的项目管理能力，具备时间管理能力的优先考虑。
