岗位职责：

1. 负责及时处理客户通过公司网站、邮箱发过来的技术方面以及商务方面的咨询邮件；

2. 负责跟踪国内外客户提出的技术问题的解决状态，推动相关FAE工程师***时间解决客户的问题；

3. 督促FAE及时更新客户支持情况、分享数据、出差统计等，并整理成月报、季报；

4. 协助FAE获取最新文档、工具、版本，发布内部通知；

5. 需要撰写以及审核相关英文技术文档；

6. 负责部门日常行政管理工作（包括实验室，屏蔽室管理，测试SIM卡，夹具管理，开发板调度管理，各类NDA文件水印＆发放管理）；

7. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 通讯工程、电子工程、无线电、计算机、自动控制等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 英语CET-6以上水平；具备很强的英语写作能力以及较强的英语口语能力；

3. 熟练掌握办公软件，有一定的协调和组织能力，善于沟通；

4. 两年（含）以上的从事电子产品相关的工作。

具备以下条件之一者优先：

1. 有海外工作以及学习经历的优先考虑；

2. 有手机、无线模块开发、测试或无线模块应用技术支持以及研发经验者优先。
