工作职责： 

主要负责合同的跟进执行与物流出货，包括：

1 根据业务员（大客户）下单情况跟进工厂出货进程； 

2 询价订舱，收集物流费用信息，依据公司政策和合同特点高效安排物流；   

3 出口单证制作，收集整理报关资料/清关资料/发票/付款单等单据，录入和领取产地证；，  

4 统计每月出货清单/付款清单/快递对账单等数据报表。  

岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，CET4，国际贸易/物流/英语相关专业优先，2年以上外贸工作经验或1年以上外贸跟单工作经验；  

2 逻辑思维能力强，对数字敏感，有很好的风险防范意识；
3 沟通能力强，有一定的商务谈判能力，善于在工作中发现问题解决问题不断完善工作流程；    

4 责任心强，工作细致认真，能够在一定压力下高效地完成繁琐的事务性工作；

5.熟练使用办公软件, 熟悉外贸物流操作流程，掌握一定物流代理渠道。

    

工作时间：   

8:40-12:10 13:30-18:00 单双轮休
