工作职责:
1、具有良好的良好的施工图设计经验；
2、能够独立完成上级交办的子项的设计工作；
3、按照公司规定的设计流程和质量控制要求完成设计任务；
4、能理解、执行和贯彻上级的工作要求。
任职资格:
1、建筑学相关专业，本科或以上学历，优秀应届生也可考虑；
2、熟练操作AUTOCAD、Photoshop等专业软件及 Word、Excel、Powerpoint等办公软件；
3、熟悉制图规范以及相关的建筑规范和设计流程，理解及沟通能力强，作风严谨、细致；
4、工作主动性强，具备较强的学习能力，理解领悟能力；
5、良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，严谨认真，具有执行力。
