1、本科及以上学历，机械传动、机械设计、机电自动化相关专业；

    

2、本职工作经验5年以上非标自动化设备设计经验；

    

3、团队协作意识强，能吃苦耐劳；

    

4、良好的语言表达和沟通协调能力，能独立承担产品设计任务，能承受工作压力，做事认真、踏实，富有进取心。

    

5、精通机械结构动作原理、熟悉自动化控制的原理和基本流程；

    

6、能看懂机械和电气安装图，并对安装调试过程提供技术指导；

    

7、精通各种设计软件，如AutoCAD等。

岗位职责：

1、负责非标设备类产品结构的应用开发，机械设计、技术支持及指导安装调试。

 2、负责生产线整机设计、生产工艺流程的制定及新工艺、新材料的应用。 

 3、负责并实施产品结构优化、工艺改进、提高产品标准化程度； 

 4、负责对内对外技术沟通、产品验收、技术资料的收集等工作； 

 5、参与产品的试制跟踪、组装调试和批量转产工作；

 6、解决产品生产、组装、调试过程中的技术问题，及时记录设备调试相关数据；

 7、参与实时产品开发、研制工作，制定开发计划，按研发计划完成技术文件编制及图纸设计工作。
