We are seeking a motivated and self-starting Channel Manager who will drive
工作职责:
1. 根据各业务部门需求制定渠道开发、选择及管理的总体方案,评估渠道的有效性及整体渠道的
规划,并追踪评估执行情况
2. 与业务部门共同制定渠道的商务政策及奖惩制度,并监督执行
3. 经销商季度及年度审计
4. 经销商业绩评估
5. 新经销商的独立调查
6. 经销商年度会议组织,日常培训的组织与参与,经销商反馈收集及追踪
7. 日常重点经销商拜访及业务沟通
8. 参与区域渠道调整及解决冲突,辅助业务部门寻找潜在渠道
要求:
(1) 经验要求:具备三年以上销售/渠道管理的工作经验。
(2) 技能要求:具备良好的渠道客户关系管理能力,熟悉医疗产品市场渠道业务,有良好的
沟通技巧和语言表达能力及独立工作能力。
