Provide guidance and technical support to Masco suppliers, printers and associates to ensure the artwork and packaging meet and exceed customer expectation and Masco standard. Support the new product development and launch. Create conceptual designs and layouts for packaging, branding and marketing collateral. Manipulate digital images to produce conceptual merchandising sets and displays. Produce and proof art for printed materials. Coordinate CADs and photography with team. Support Graphic Coordinator and Packaging Engineers with images, photography, and CADS.

Strive to achieve accuracy of artwork and bom to be orver 99%.
Provide guidance and technical support to Masco suppliers, printers and associates to produce higher value, better quality and lower cost products.
Manage printer expectations and provide feedback concerning print quality and color consistency in a effort to achieve excellent qualilty and consistency across all print venodrs.
Communicate effectively with US team, China team and suppliers as well regarding packaging specification and standards by positive technical and interpersonal communication skills.
Support Liberty Corporate New Product Development programs and projects.
Work with factories, engineering team in US and China as well to develop cost saving ideas.
Provide feasible problem solving solutions and on-site decisions to factories and printers for related projects when technical problems occurred at product development, production and delivery stage.

Strong communication and teamwork skills. Microsoft office software and PC skills are required, professional in using Mac Software, Adobe Illustrater, Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Acrobat, QuarkXPress and Adobe Photoshop.
Good presentation skills. Familiar with packaging process, material and design.
With a good command of English language skills, communicate with global engineering team and all work related counterparts efficiently.
Good people process and management skills.
