PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
At least 1-2 years working experience in automotive or assembly tool industry
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
At least CET-4 required, Write and Speak in English very well.
Self motivated and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic business environment servicing customers from the automotive industry
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
Maintain existing customer; work with customers to identify fastening system solutions for product application, especially for the rivet and assembly tool.
Visit customers on a regular basis to better understand their requirements and seek out new business opportunities.
To develop the new automotive customer.
Secure orders and work with customer service and the plants to ensure timely delivery of products.
Inventory management with support of customer service to balance timely delivery and lowest freight cost, in case delivery risk is predicted, should alert customer in advance with suitable methods accepted by customer.
Co-ordinate and work with various groups across the organization to address customer complaints
Collect market information that would help in decision making and the planning of marketing and sales strategy
Prepare sales forecast and budgets for customer accounts handled
Prepare various sales reports, such as but not limited in new business, customer call status, etc.
