PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1. Diploma or Degree in any discipline
2. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
3. Customer Focused with at least 3 years in a similar position
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责
1. Maintain the existing business to keep the good relationship with customer.
- Handle the existing business, to know customer’s program information and ensure program progress on time.
- Promote the existing parts used on the new program.
- Visit customer and coordinate with plant team to solve problem.
2. Order review & Tracking.
- After receive the order, review customer order, quotation and cost analysis.
- Check customer’s forecast and inform plant to prepare for the safety stock.
- Co-ordinate with various departments/personnel such as production, planning and warehouse in relation to customer orders to ensure that orders are completed and planned.
3. Control inventory.
- Assist sales manager in controlling inventory, follow up inventory status, identify the delivery risk in advance and warn the sales.
- Keep track of customer usage rates against forecast and available inventory.
4. Inform to issue the invoice.
- Inform to issue the invoice on time for those goods has been shipped to customers.
- Log on some customer’s systems to confirm the quantity before issue the invoice.
5. Reminder to customer for payment on time.
- Send the invoice list to reminder customer arrange payment on time.
6. Documents and report.
- Assist sales manager to finish some customer’s documents, such as: customer’s questionnaire, new supplier information, etc.
- Assist sales manager to finish customer’s logistic requirement, such as: package, label, delivery, logistic, etc.
- Assist sales manager to collect the new business report and forecast and prepare for various reports.
7. Deal with customer complaints.
- Assist sales manager to deal with customer complaints and concerns and provide customers with a prompt response
