The sales admin will provide highly support for BLSS China team to manage customer care including purchasing order, contract and industrial meeting etc. She also is key coordinator among China team and UK/US team. She will responsible for BLSS head and complete other assigned work.

Main Responsibilities:

• Basic Services: Visitor’s registration, incoming calls transfer.
• Assist sales with purchasing order, project contract and industrial meeting.
• Assist sales in pre-sales, after-sales service, various documents processing and service opening.
• Coordinate and communicate with other departments/teams to complete the work.
• Assist supervisor to complete other assigned work.

Requirements:

• College degree or above.
• Experience in civil or assistant position is preferred.
• Good health, articulate speech and standard mandarin.
• Prudent, careful, enthusiasm, strong learning ability, good stress tolerance and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer and office equipment, EXCEL/WORD and other office software.
• Good ability to read and write in English, Basic oral English.
• Life science or related major .
