Company brief:
We are a dynamically growing Toy Manufacturing and Trading Company headquartered in Hong Kong with manufacturing facilities in China. To support our rapid growth in China, we are looking for a Sourcing Officer based in our Shenzhen office.

Responsibilities:
? Manage existing suppliers on cost improvement program, lead time reduction, payment terms, quality maintenance and service level.
? Source new suppliers to fit our business needs; ensure compliance and optimize vendor base.
? Dealing with urgent orders to provide effective solutions to meet deadlines.
? Aware Supply Chain risks and develop mitigation plan to ensure no supply interruption.
? Maintain the weekly reports and ensure on time delivery.

Requirements:
? Diploma or above;
? At least 5 years sourcing working experience including vendor management & vendor relationship maintenance and proficient in the process of supply chain; exposure to trading or manufacturing field is a plus;
? Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin;
? Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office applications;
? High sense of responsibility, good working attitudes, team player, proactive, sense of urgency, high accountability, result-oriented, excellent ability of problem solving and communication skills;
? Travel to PRC factories when required.
