一、任职要求:

1、大专及以上学历；管理类、语言类、人力资源类专业优先

2、形象气质佳

3、优秀的沟通力、问题解决能力、执行力；人际关系佳，团队精神佳

4、性格活泼开朗，乐观；愿意主动沟通，自我提升。

5、熟悉日常办公软件的操作，如Excel、PPT、word。

6、英语能力良好，CET-4及以上

    

二、岗位职责:

1、日常接待，接听电话，转交文件，维护企业形象。

2、协调面试通知与安排，招聘广告更新维护。

3、培训材料准备，协助组织培训开展，完成人事数据整合。

4、协助开展员工活动。

5、人事类档案管理。

6、完成主管安排的其他工作。
