职位描述：
Key duties include:
? Lead and supervise field sales team to meet or exceed sale budget.
? Coach, motivate and train sales force to build a professional team
? Build high-level business relationship with counterparts from customers
? Support superior to map out sales strategy and implement to hit the goals.
? Formulate product, price, promotion and chanel tactics to attach competitors and improve market share
? Survey market and competitors, development new/new business and control the cost & AR vs budget
? Manage sales team daily operation
? Responsible for company HSE police、HSE manage system and the emergency plan implement in the department;
? Supervise the employee of the department to carry out each HSE law in point and《HSE notice of working in workshop》, and responsible for the performance of the department and employee;
? Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Scope of Role:
This role will report to Industrial Business Director .

Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree or above; major in Science or Engineering
5-year working experience, at least one-year supervisor experience

Required Skills:
? Good command of ccomputer skill
? Fluent in English or Japanese and Mandarin
? Presentation skill
