1. IP、IO、Standard cell版图布局、布线及验证(DRC/LVS,etc)。
2. 全芯片版图布局、布线及验证(DRC/LVS,etc)。
3. 配合前端设计做寄生参数提取及版图优化。

职位要求：

1. 微电子、半导体物理等相关专业本科以上学历。
2. 有两年以上CMOS模拟版图设计经验，理解深亚微米工艺。
3. 熟练使用Cadence virtuoso, Calibre 等主流后端设计工具。
4. 工作积极主动、吃苦耐劳，具有良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队合作精神。

Description(Responsibilities):
1. Analog mixed signal IP/IO/STD blocks’ placement, routing and verification(DRC/LVS, etc)
2. Chip level’s floorplan/placement, routing and verification(DRC/LVS, etc)
3. Extraction of the R/C and Optimization of the block/chip level’s layout

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics,etc)
2. Over 2 years’ experience of Analog custom layout is a must, Understand the deep sub-micron IC process.
3. Familiar with the backend layout EDA tools, such as Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, etc.
