职位描述：
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the core Order-To-Cash processes, increase order fulfillment through order processing and shipment tracking.
- Follow the SOP to transact related order request in system
- Work closely with 3PL and Logistics team to track shipment to ensure order fulfillment
- Proactively call-out Logistics and order issues
- Take lead on continuous process improvement
- Work closely and communicate with internal functions (such as sales, logistics, importation and finance team) and external customers
2. Understand customer’s practice and need, drive customer satisfaction
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey on regular basis, and understand the needs from customers
- Communicate with customers skillfully on the issues and provide possible solution proactively
3. Assist in data collecting, analysis and reporting
- Support the team on reporting and analysis as required

Job Qualifications
- At least Bachelor Degree, local languages + English presentation
- 3-5 Years supply chain customer service related experience, preferably in a FMCG company
- Strong ownership and accountability,
- Good communication skills, and customer oriented mindset.
