2. Fully responsible for recruitment and selection of all applicants for Hefei Plant; 全面负责所有申请者合肥工厂的招聘与选拔;
3. Staffing process and Quality controlling in line with Conti. Standard (such as e-PR) 3、编制过程控制符合Conti质量。标准(如电子)
4. Support and facilitate some projects which link to staffing; 4、支持和促进一些项目链接到人员编制;
5. Branding role of communication. 5、传播的品牌角色
6. Handle none Hefei plant Headcount & location Hefei based open positions sourcing & Hiring. 6、处理不是合肥工厂的候选人&;定位合肥的职位采购&;招聘。
? Coordinate Yearly Hiring plan and team organization structure define & modification 协调年度招聘计划和团队组织结构的定义和修改
? Facilitate and strictly people hiring control in line with Conti group standard and labor laws and regulations etc. such as: e-PR system implement, includes: Fix, temp, intern all kinds headcount 方便和严格控制人们雇用符合大陆集团标准和劳动法律法规等。 如:电子系统的实现,包括:固定、温度、各类人员实习生 ? Define & review professional standard / policy regarding people hiring Open positions fulfillment in line with actual agreed requirements 定义&;审查专业标准/政策对于那些雇佣 按照实际商定的要求开放职位
? Controlling recruitment quality with professional ways ( includes, related improvement projects implementation) 控制招聘的质量和专业的方式(包括相关改进项目实施)
? Regular review Job discription with professional standard at new hire, mobility, job transfer situations happen 定期回顾工作描述与新员工,流动性的专业标准,工作调动的情况发生
? Organize the efficiency ways for people hiring and also good contribution for recruitment cost control 组织人招聘效率的途径和招聘成本控制好也贡献
? Upgrade hiring process to be more attractive and effiency way; 升级招聘过程更具吸引力和效率的方法;

Bachelor Degree and above 本科及以上学历
Min. 5 years working experience in HR related function in WOFE Manufacturing plant 5年以上外企制造工厂相关工作经验
Manufacturing plant Yearly headcount budget 制造工厂年度人员预算 Experienced will be a plus 有经验者优先
