Responsibilities:
1.Follow quality manual and procedures.
2.Organize and implement quality awareness training according to the training plan provided by the Quality Systems Manager.
3.Take part in the internal audit and supplier process audit.
4.Prepare the action plans and take the actions for the findings of internal audit and supplier process audit.
5.Develop and follow quality systems and processes into new products.
6. Support project team for PPAP (production parts approval process) process in order to get ready for mass production.
7.Take part in the process audit and products audit , then provide suggestions for quality improvement.
8.Monitor the completion of action plans related to quality control plan.
9.Calculate and review external DPPM and develop improvement plan.
10.Submit 8D report to customer and review 8D closure and response time to make sure all the quality gap be closed.
11.Prepare and implement the measurement system analysis of new products.


Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree
2.3years experience in quality engineering, Automotive experience and fabric knowledge is must be,
3.Fluent in English
