职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal support on all legal matters in connection with the business activities;
2. Draft, review and negotiate various contracts and agreements and develop standard template as requested by the functions and departments supported to ensure corporate policy compliance on contract review policy/process, risk management policy and delegation of authority;
3. Serve as legal advisor for all functions and departments on legal matters involving shareholder stake, relationship with Chinese partner, industry development, factory leasing/relocation of JVs/factories, corporate change related matters, supply chain, labor/employment matters;
4. Support all dispute resolution, settlement, litigation cases arising from entities;

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree of Law or Master degree of Law from top University
2. Legal experience of 5 to 10 years in legal counsel position with a top international law firm and/or multinational corporation
3. Ability to work independently, under pressure and with dedication
4. Ability to work on multiple projects and to meet various deadlines
5. Business acumen to ensure close business partnership with internal clients
6. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
