职位描述：
Job description：
1.Responsible for the design and simulation of analog circuit , writing design document.
2.Guide layout engineers or stand alone complete the circuit layout.
3.Work with design team for new product development.
4.CMOS mixed signal circuit design, which includes specification definition,modeling,schematic design, pre-layout simulation, post layout simulation.

Job Requirements:
1.A MSEE with a minimum of 5 years experience or a BSEE with a minimum of 7 years experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
2.Proven experience in analog integrated circuit design, such as bandgap reference ,OSC, regulator, charge pump,comparator and so on.
3.Understanding semiconductor process and devices, familiar with CAD tools, such as schematic capture, SPICE simulator , Virtuoso and so on.
4.Tayeout experience with several product.
5.Good work attitude and learning capability.
6. Memory (especially Flash memory) knowledge is preferred. 举报 分享
