岗位职责：

1、负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划；

2、制定售后服务岗位职责，建立和管理售后服务团队；

3、设计公司的售后服务策略，策划、实施阶段性售后服务活动，提高客户满意度；

4、售后服务运作的策划与实施，执行预算及控制消费者满意度的的跟踪及分析；

5、组织跟踪、收集、反馈产品质量和相关市场信息；

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，相关专业；

2、2年以上技术服务工作经验；

3、有售后服务、技术支持等相关领域工作经验者优先；

4、熟悉机械行业市场状况、售后服务制度及业务流程、售后服务领域经营指标等；

5、丰富的售后服务团队管理经验，良好的沟通与协调能力，强烈的服务意识和责任心；

6、工作认真、勤奋、踏实，能够适应长期出差
