职位描述：
岗位要求：
1、大学英语CET4 / CET6,精通日常的外贸英文邮件，英语功底好，口语良好。有双语能力（俄语/西班牙语/法语/德语等语种之一）优先；
2、 英语/国贸专业或电子专业者优先。
3、有至少3年外贸工作经验，熟悉整个外贸业务流程，1年以上团队管理经验.
3、有通过B2B平台，展会，Google，Facebook等自主开发客户经验者优先。
4、能负责外贸市场规划，完成公司销售目标；建设和管理外贸团队，对团队人员进行培训和整体规划。
5、工作勤奋，认真负责，能够承担销售业绩压力，具有积极拓展业务的心态，并愿意和公司共同长期发展；
6、使用邮件,Skype,facebook,twitter等跟客户有效沟通及促成订单，及时整理客户资源。
7、能根据客户需求，调整业务重点，努力提升业务质量。
8、有电源、LED行业或者小家电行业如：开关电源产品、LED驱动电源、家用制水机、家用制氧机等销售经验优先。
9、有清晰的个人年收入目标和实现计划，勤恳踏实。
岗位职责：
1、负责市场的开发、推广等基础的销售工作，通过网络、展会等各种渠道开发国外客户；
2、负责联系客户、编制报价、参与商务谈判，签订合同；
3、负责单证审核、报关、结算、售后服务等工作；
4、客户的拓展与维护；
5、业务相关资料的整理和归档；
6、负责团队的销售工作及管理。
