岗位要求：
1、年龄：30-36岁。
2、学历：
1）会计、财务或相关专业本科以上学历；
2）中级职称，注册会计师优先。
3、经验:5年以上制造业财务经理管理工作经验。
4、技能技巧:
1）具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验；
2）精通国家财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理经验；
3）制造企业ERP管理流程和电算化流程
4）熟悉国际和国内会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；
5）良好的中文口头及书面表达能力。
5、态度：
1）为人正直、责任心强、作风严谨、工作仔细认真；
2）有较强的沟通协调能力；
3）有良好的纪律性、团队合作以及开拓创新精神。

岗位职责：
1、协助工厂总经理制定年度经营计划，参与重大财务问题的决策，提出专业的建议和意见
2、负责编制各项财务收支及资金计划，确保资金供应及时，将计划的执行情况进行分析并上报
3、根据公司有关制度，组织有关部门编制财务预算、汇总，编制工厂财务预算，报总部批准后组织执行
4、负责编制成本计划，组织成本核算分析，为公司产品定价提供建议和依据并组织实施
5、根据工厂经营活动需求，负责进行财务分析，并提交财务分析报告为公司决策提供依据
6、负责工厂零部件采购价格的监督
7、全面负责本部门的各项工作，领导部门员工完成各项工作任务
