Main Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage STC purchasing & logistic team daily work.
-Lead the development and implementation of purchasing & logistic process align with TRW global procurement policy.
-Communicate & Coordinate with Asia Pacific & Global Purchasing team.
-Review purchasing contract/agreement and track the approval process.
-Liaise with engineering team to monitor and measure supplier performance.
-Lead and organize supplier reviews to improve the quality and cost.
-Initiate cost reduction and saving projects to achieve business targets

Key Qualifications:

-Bachelor Education degree preferably in Engineering / Technology or Business Commercial.

-Minimum 5 years working experience in procurement.

-1 year team leader experience

-Automotive area and the management skills are preferred

-Good English skill bothe written and oral

-Good communication skill
